ClickFusion is an relative easy way to create games. The programming is done through easy point and click interfaces and is primarely used for 2d games

GamemMaker is a little bit harder and has its own programming language. This creator is also primarely used for 2d games

Unity3D

Unity3d is one of the best known creators. It is used for 2d and 3d and uses C# scripting.
